After over 100 years ranching the Bernhard Ranch has perfected the best techniques necessary to produce the best genetics, health standards and pasture stewardship. For the last 5 years Connie has been joined by George and Kim Higgins with their combined knowledge, dedication and abilities in the livestock industry.
They continue to improve processes with current technology using social media and marketing technics. With backing of the ranch both have passed the exam for junior Dorper Sheep judges to accompany their knowledge of cattle, horses and other small livestock. George also has extensive training on Livestock Guardian Dogs which are also intricate partners in the ranch success. Connie is dedicated to continue Dennis' love and continued stewardship of the land. George has education in herbicide and pesticide correct and safe usage to maintain proper balance and health of ranch pastures.
Kim is working closely with Connie to improve marketing. Their working partnership along with the working LGDs will continue to assist current and future generations.
